Preview: IRC

Hey guys, how's it going? Been a while since ANYBODY has posted here..*cricket sounds*

On to the real stuff, I, HighVoltage, (The Great) have started an IRC channel on freenode for you guys and an easier way for you to communicate with us. I'll give you more information on Thursday- when I'm really supposed to post :P I'll show you how to setup everything to the point where you double click on the icon and start talking to us!!

Hey! What's up? All of us here at Hazardous are just about to receive a large quantity of games...which means plenty more reviews and videos...erm...I guess I would need to put up videos before I could say that right? :P LOL. We do have legitimate reasons for not bringing you Hazardous TV just yet, primarily because of the uploading size and speed since the videos are of a high quality. But fret not! We have got a few ideas on how to solve those problems! Yay!


The last few days I have been working on a whole review system (inspired by the Syndicate review I was supposed to do) that will review every aspect of our chosen candidates from gfx to gameplay to modding community and everything in between! This will make our lives and yours a whole lot easier! It will give you coverage of everything you will need to know before buying (or wasting bandwidth ahem....;) so stay tuned, that should be coming up shortly.


I don't know how many of you out there have played the S.T.A.L.K.E.R series or primarily S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadow of chernobyl but for those of you that have and loved it but thought it needed some revitalising I have the answer! Yesterday I stumbled across the S.T.A.L.K.E.R modding community which, I might add, is quite large and powerful. One mod in particular stood out for me...It is called Oblivion Lost 2010. This mod compilation is a total re-work and re-balance of most of the elements of SHOC and is absolutely amazing! 


It adds tons of new equipment (Mutants, weapons, attachments, drive-able vehicles etc etc) that really makes you feel like you are playing a different game. Among these changes are many gfx changes, improving the condition and realism of the Zone and a re-balance of the bullet ballistics. Warning: THIS IS NOT A MOD FOR NOOBS. It makes S.T.A.L.K.E.R extremely challenging and realistic (one bullet could kill you and them) finally no more emptying of AK magazines just to kill one person! The Line Up

Hey Everybody! TheStranger here. Firstly I know, I know, what I promised hasn't come yet but unfortunately Ghost has encountered some technical difficulties and can not do the posts. I will ask him to teach me everything about what he was going to post if he can. Titan has been waiting for the go on his post since I thought Ghost would be first :p so I will let him know and we will carry on with normal life :). The next line up is looking like this:

• A LAN game review, still deciding what it will be but it will be an interesting one :).
• LAN fix for COD: MW3, yes a LAN fixed that allows multiplayer, survival and spec ops.
• Some awesome gaming wallpapers I think you guys will like ;).

So as you can see there are some awesome things coming up. In other news the we are planning and recording Let's play's, Woohoo!! Those will be plenty of fun to watch and record!

What do you guys think about Hazardous hosting a Minecraft PVP server? If you think it's a good idea send me a message and I'll give you the ip.

The Background!

Hey everybody :) . How's it going? HighVoltage and DeathStrike posted some things and we changed the background, let me know what you think. The let's plays are also coming up soon, we are recording. :D Minecraft, Counter Strike and Crysis Wars are going to be the first and I'm also going to try squeeze in some Minecraft hunger games :). It's really awesome and pretty intense so look forward to that. Sorry about the How to's I promised that haven't come up yet (It's Ghosts fault) but he will do them soon (This weekend most likely).
